Cancellation Policy

At V-Ride, we strive to offer the best possible experience. To achieve this, we manage attendance with precision and care.

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience.
For example: if your booking is for Friday at 1:00 PM, you must cancel by Wednesday at 1:00 PM to receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled time will not be refunded, with no exceptions.
This policy ensures we maintain an organized Stand, a safe environment, and an excellent experience for all our guests.
